Everyone at Stoneham Lane Surgery are so friendly and helpful. The Doctors are also so welcoming and supportive. I have been coming here for 9 years now and simply can’t fault the service, professionalism and empathy I have received - Keep up the excellent work .

Excellent service. Staff are so helpful, understanding & listen so well. I always find the Staff on the phone so accommodating even if my matter isnt urgent they still get me an appoinment so quick. Keep up the Good Service & my proud to be a patient with my Surgery.

Very quick and efficient service. We usually have a very good experience at the surgery. All the staff are friendly and want to help. We are very happy at this surgery. I totally recommend. Many thanks to all the staff who work so hard.

Doctor Robinson was fantastic and really felt she was engaged with me and sent me useful information one of the best doctors I’ve seen and doesn’t make you feel your wasting her time.

Apointment with Dr Greenfield. He reviewd various results and proferred advice. All of this was most helpful. Some treatments were suggested and these have proved to be effective.

I’ve not long been at this is surgery but I’ve always found it good. They try and keep to time and the Doctors listen and give their time. I’m very happy with Stoneham Surgery. Even though times are difficult in the NHS generally right now, Stoneham do their best.

I really felt the GP listened very carefully to me and she provided excellent medical care. During the appointment I raised some very new guidelines (2wks old) and she was honest about not knowing, which was great. I received a referral as expected. The lovely GP then called the next day, having read the guidelines and discussed with another doctor. She gave me advice on what to do while awaiting the hospital appointment. I received outtstanding care. In face everybody I have met at the practice has been knowledgeable, professional and kind.

I had two appointments last week, one with the Practice Nurse to take blood and the other to meet my new GP Dr Pravin. The Nurse was very friendly and very efficient. As I am afraid of needles she made the procedure painless in all respects. My appointment with my new GP was very reassuring as she was very professional, friendly and caring and am very happy that she will be looking after my health care in the future. Well done Stoneham and 10/10.

I had a cholesterol blood test and the results came back very quickly from doctor advising me to carry on with statins. Very efficient and reassuring! Thank you so much.
